Support the Client Relationship Managers in building relationships with clients and working closely with them to monitor and measure performance against agreed service levels for quoting, placement, policy production and claims service. Regularly attend meetings with clients insurers for who detailed reports and analyses are provided. Capture and maintain the declared underwriting appetite range of all FINMAR clients Analyze, interpret and present detailed analytical client reports.
Work closely with members of the FMS team worldwide to ensure integrity, accuracy and completeness of data and ensure a consistent global delivery of services.
